Ordering & Payment Process

  • We are happy to accept orders placed online or taken over the phone by one of our systems advisors.
  • Payment for goods will be processed only when goods are in stock and ready for despatch.
  • Payment for equipment is accepted from all major credit cards, BACS and Paypal,
  • Upon payment, goods will be sent out next day delivery by carrier.

Returns & Replacements

As long as the item is not used and is in original boxed condition we will be happy to you to return it for a refund or exchange.

  • Goods may be returned within 30days of purchase.
  • Goods must be in the original boxes and packed to prevent damage during transit.
  • Goods must not have been fitted or used.

Please fill in and return the goods with a completed Refund/Exchange Form which can be downloaded by clicking here.

NOTE: Please do not tape, or attach sticky labels direct to the original packaging, please wrap or box the goods first.

Return carriage / Postage is non-refundable.

Once you have sent your equipment back; WHAT HAPPENS NEXT?

  • We will notify you via e-mail upon receipt of goods.
  • We will deal with you’re your request as indicated on your returns form (subject to stock availability).
  • Monetary refund will be issued for items returned for credit within 30 days of receipt.

  • Goods are sent on FREE next day delivery* by carrier
  • Free next day delivery on all orders*
  • Panasonic Trade will only deliver to confirmed UK addresses
  • Orders under £100 will be charged £10 for next day delivery

*delivery is free on all orders to UK mainland (subject to a minimum order value of £100)
